Shipping policy

For prepaid orders:- We charge  no shipping and handling fee.  Free shipping is included.

For COD orders:-  We charge a nominal Rs.60 on delivery fee 

Order Processing :

We strive to fulfill orders as soon as you place them in most cases your order will be sent to a delivery partner within 1-2 business days or business days Are Monday to Friday. contact us(must have an operating address, phone number, and email ID) 

Cancellation Policy:-

If you wish to cancel your order within 24hrs then you can mail us or contact us , but after the product is shipped will not be canceled.

Full amount will be refunded back, if the order is a Pre-paid order but if the order is COD(cash on delivery) , then nominal Rs 80, will be charged.

The orders which are Pre-paid orders the amount will be refunded back to the original bank account, and if an order is COD then we will ask for the bank details of the customer to give back the amount.

No damaged product will be taken back , the product will go through a quality check after that the amount of the product will be refunded.

Shipping Time:

For most serviceable pin codes, we try to deliver within 7days but due to unforeseen circumstances like weather remote location shocking issues or any other reason it may take longer you will however be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will send you by email or SMS you after your order is sent to the delivery partner.
